Dairy Council come to visit Primary 5 and 6

In our school we promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. The Dairy council came to our school to teach the children about the benefits of food and fitness. They sang songs, played games and even had a workout. We had a great time!  


Eco Council

The votes are in and we can now introduce you to our new Eco Council. With help from their classmates they will decide what actions we can take to make our school a more environmentally friendly place.


Moving Up Moving On

Three big hearted lottery winners, Martin McKenna, who won £1m on a Millionaire 777 scratchcard, Lauren McLarnon who bagged £100k on a Rainbow scratchcard and Claire Marks who won £250k on a Celebration scratchcard, visited two primary schools in west Belfast, St Claire’s Primary School and Springfield Primary School, to help bring a little bit of Christmas cheer and some festive treats. Goodbye Colleen

It was an emotional day when our whole school gathered together to say goodbye to one of our amazing secretaries, Colleen. We will all miss her so much and wish her luck for the future.


P6 Victorian Day

Primary 6 had a great time celebrating their Victorian topic by having a Victorian themed day. They dressed up, completed Victorian school activities and ate Victorian inspired food. Parents were invited to see the work they have completed over the past few weeks and to join in the activities.
