Some of our bakers’ beautiful, happy faces below;
Another little challenge, keeping people connected and providing opportunities throughout this isolation period. The MUMO project is working hard behind the scenes to provide support and offer various activities.
Last week we had ten more fantastic participants joining our MUMO Bake Off. The cakes looked fabulous, we only wish as a team we could have taste tested them.
All ingredients and required utensils were safely delivered to participants’ doors – each family was allowed to add two additional decorative items of their choice.
This challenge aimed to provide families with an opportunity to work together, try something new i.e baking from scratch, but most importantly to have fun. Participants also got connected with each other via social media in an activity that was fun and creative. A big thank you to those who took part and shared.
As a project we are adapting every day to this ‘new normal’ we have most of our regular fitness classes now available via zoom. We are planning more workshops via zoom, which will be advertised on social media, (Facebook page link is below). The schools will also share our up and coming events on the school apps.
